Join us for a masterclass with Sara, artist and founder of ATELIER 1991.

Sara is one of the artists we’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with in recent years—representing a new generation of ceramic artists we admire. For this occasion, she joins us in the studio to host a masterclass in sculpting faces.
In this masterclass, you will work with clay as a way of observing and translating form -creating your own sculptural face through hand-building techniques. Guided by Sara, the process explores proportion, expression, and surface, allowing the material to shape the outcome as much as intention.
Rooted in an intuitive, tactile approach, the session focuses on presence, interpretation, and the relationship between the hand and the material.
This is an opportunity to engage with clay in a more expressive way—and to explore how form can hold both character and feeling.
