Hasami Porcelain by Takuhiro Shinomoto is inspired by traditional Japanese tiered boxes; each piece is easy to stack or re-purpose. The Hasami Porcelain is characterized by simple and clean lines.
Some pieces are left unglazed (natural) and are fired at high temperatures for long amounts of time, resulting in a unique texture and a resistance to staining. Each piece is created from a special mixture of porcelain and clay and is made in Hasami, Japan.

This item stacks with Hasami lids, sugar bowls, creamers, cups, and other tumblers that are the same diameter. Glazed areas are smooth, unglazed edges are matte and textured. Slight color variations will occur from piece to piece
