Hasami Porcelain is inspired by traditional Japanese tiered boxes; each piece of Japanese pottery is easy to stack or re-purpose. Some pieces are left unglazed and are fired at high temperatures for long amounts of time, resulting in a unique texture and a resistance to staining. Each piece of Hasami ceramic porcelain is created from a special mixture of porcelain and clay and is made in Hasami, Japan.
