You can choose to have your purchase wrapped up as a gift. We offer a sustainable gift wrapping with recycled gift wrapping. If you like us to gift wrap you order, just leave us a comment in your order. We can also send the gift directly to the recipient if you enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address.

All online bought Christmas gifts can be exchanged to and including January 14.01.2024

All gifts bought in our Copenhagen store can be exchanged to new items or a store credit note. We don't offer refunds in our store. All returns must have a valid gift receipt.

Regarding shipping we recommend the following deadlines. GLS recommends not using the delivery to home, due to high-demand, so they can not guarantee delivery before Christmas. 
Denmark - order placed  21st December,  before 12 pm
EU/Europe - order placed 15th December , before 12 pm
Norway / Finland - order placed 15th December , before 12 pm
UK & Ireland - order placed 15th December , before 12 pm
Rest of the world - order placed 14th December , before 12 pm
