3. Pottery Classes

  • Binding Bookings: All class bookings are binding once confirmed.

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel or request a refund within 24 hours of purchase; after that, bookings are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation by YŌNOBI: If we cancel a class, you will receive either a full refund or a voucher for another class.


4. Memberships

  • What’s Included: Membership grants weekday access to our Pinch Pot Café, one clay piece per visit, use of tools, glazing, and firing.

  • Commitment: Memberships are ongoing and billed monthly from the date of purchase.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • You can cancel your membership at any time.

    • Cancellation must be done before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

    • If you cancel after the payment has been processed, the membership remains active until the end of the current paid month.

    • An additional one-month notice period applies, meaning your membership ends at the close of the following month after cancellation.

  • How to Cancel: Cancellations must be made in writing via email to hello@itsyonobi.com. You will receive confirmation of cancellation by email.


5. Gift Cards

  • Usage: Valid both online and in physical studios.

  • Delivery: After purchase, you receive a digital gift card by email or pickup in-store.

  • Validity: Gift cards are valid for three years from purchase.

  • Partial Use: You may use part of the balance and retain the remainder; the remaining balance will be emailed to you.

  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.


6. Pinch Pot Café

  • Drop-in Experience: Join anytime, craft at your own pace; we handle glazing and firing. Pieces are ready for pickup in approximately three weeks.

  • Gift Cards Valid: Gift cards are also valid for use in the café.


7. Complaints & Customer Service

  • Reach Us: Contact us via email (hello@itsyonobi.com) or phone during opening hours; emails are typically answered within 24 hours on weekdays.

  • Legal Rights: Danish Sale of Goods Act applies; you may complain about defects arising within 24 months, unless caused by misuse or normal wear.
