Begin the new year with balance, creativity, and connection at this unique Move & Make workshop led in collaboration with RAVE. The evening begins with a gentle yoga flow, designed to release tension, center the breath, and awaken your sense of presence.

Following the practice, you’ll move mindfully into a ceramics session, shaping clay with the same calm focus cultivated on the mat. This is an invitation to slow down — to explore how movement, breath, and touch come together in the art of making.

All levels are welcome in both yoga and ceramics. Yoga mats, clay, tools, guidance, drink & snack, and firing & glazing will be provided
